Job as Software Support Engineer
For one of our customers we are looking for a Software Support Engineer. You will be working for an international supplier of software. The company has their HQ in the Netherlands.
Your duties:
- As a Software Support Engineer you give support to customers.
- You help customers with solving their user issues and complex technical issues.
- In case you can’t solve the issue yourself, you ask your technical colleagues for assistance.
- Also the maintaince of belonging hardware is part of your duties, including the supply of hardware to customers.
- You have a lot of contact with customers and colleague’s and you give them advices.
Who are you
- You have build up some experience in providing IT Support to customers.
- Your have well-developed communication skills and you like to communicate with customers.
- You have the wish to emigrate to the Netherlands.
What can we offer you?
- Salary: € 3.549 gross per month (the equivalent of that amount in ZAR is ± R60,000 per month before tax)
- Full relocation assistance, which includes:
- Assistance with getting the right documents
- We apply for your visa (and when you have a partner and/or kids we also apply for their visa)
- We find you a house (of course the rent you pay it yourself, but we find you a suitable house in the Netherlands)
- We pay your one-way flight ticket to the Netherlands
