Documentation

For the visa application of Highly Skilled Migrant, we need some documents from your side:

• Valid passport (at least 2 years remaining validity)
• Unabridged birth certificate, apostilled
• Antecedents certificate. We’ll provide that form, a police clearance is not needed
• Valid driver license

When you want to bring your partner and/or children, additional documentation is needed.

For your partner we do need:

• Valid passport (at least 2 years remaining validity)
• Unabridged birth certificate, apostilled
• Antecedents certificate. We’ll provide that form, a police clearance is not needed
• Valid driver license
• Authorization and sponsorship declaration, we’ll provide that form

When you are married, we need a unabridged marriage certificate, apostilled.When you are unmarried, we do need marital status documents for both you and your partner stating that both your marital statuses are listed as single. These documents also need to be apostilled.

For your children we do need:

• Valid passport (at least 2 years remaining validity)
• Unabridged birth certificate, apostilled
• Authorization and sponsorship declaration, we’ll provide that form
